Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered the Massage Mat with Heat and was pretty happy with the whole process. The website was easy to navigate, found what I wanted without any fuss. Placed the order, and it shipped out the next day, arriving in about 4 days to my place in Ohio. Packaging was good, no damage. The mat itself feels well-made, not cheap at all. The heat is nice, and the different massage modes are a good touch. I did have a question about cleaning it, so I used their online chat support, and they responded quickly with clear instructions. The only thing I noticed is that the vibration could be a little more intense in some areas, but it's still very relaxing overall.

Foot massager is great

Got the Foot Massager with Heat for my tired feet after work. It's really nice! Set it up fast, just plugged it in. The heat is soothing, and it actually works out some of the kinks. Delivery was quick too, came in less than a week. The cord is a bit short though, had to move my chair closer to the outlet.

Always reliable products

This is my third purchase from Snailax, and they've been consistently good. I previously bought a massage cushion and a handheld massager. This time I got the Shiatsu Massage Cushion for my office chair. It works just as well as my older one, maybe even a little quieter. The delivery was quick, like before, about 5 days to reach me. I do wish they had more color options, though.

Reliable Shiatsu Massager

I've ordered from Snailax a few times now, and they're always consistent. This last time I got the Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager with Heat, and it's just as good as the one I bought a couple of years ago. Shipping was on time, and the quality is still there. My only minor complaint is that the heat function could be a tiny bit stronger, but it still helps.

Okay, but could be better

I bought the Foot Massager with Heat. It arrived quickly, which was great. The massage functions are good for relaxing my feet, and the heat feature is a nice touch. However, I found the compression a bit too strong even on the lowest setting, making it less comfortable than I expected. Overall, a decent product, but a bit pricey for what it is.

Good for my back

I got the Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager with Heat last month. It's pretty chill, just sits on my office chair. The heat feels nice, really helps after a long day of work. The shiatsu part is strong, sometimes a bit too much, but you can adjust it. Delivery took about a week, which was fine.

Great value purchase

I bought the Massage Mat with Heat during a holiday sale, got about 25% off. It was a good deal, I'd been watching it for a while. The mat is really comfy and the heat function works well for my sore muscles. For the price I paid, it felt like a steal. I did wish shipping was a bit faster though, took 8 days to get here.

Good neck massager

I got the Shiatsu Neck and Back Massager with Heat, and it's pretty nice. It really helped my stiff neck after a long day. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but nothing major.
